2100 MW Solar Power Plants

Project Description

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the transition to clean energy, Al Hutheily Contracting Company contributed to the execution of one of the largest solar energy projects in the region, with a total capacity of 2100 MW. This is part of the Kingdom’s efforts to achieve its Vision 2030 renewable energy targets.

Scope of Works Executed:
  • Site leveling and soil compaction across vast areas, ensuring the ground’s readiness to support structures and systems.

  • Execution of the integrated site infrastructure, including concrete foundations and electrical cable routes.

  • Installation of metal structures (trackers) precisely oriented to support solar panels and achieve maximum energy efficiency.

  • Installation of solar panels and their technical connection to control systems and the electrical grid.

  • Coordination with main contractors to ensure project execution adheres to the highest international quality and safety standards.
